I have to dig to find out what is on their minds and what makes them lose sleep at night. Then as a problem solver, I put their minds at ease by creating situations that reduce stress. My biggest job responsibility is doing what is best for my client.I am responsible for finding my own clients through a variety of prospecting tools. My favorite tool is referrals. When I owned Jen\'s Cakes, I would have gone no where without the word of mouth referrals I received. People trust their friends when they refer a person who has created a good experience for them.
