Contract ensures annual hardware updates with company-owned stores and discounted purchases for relevant hardware at franchises. • Collaborated with multiple teams to design, implement and install a music system replacing the legacy system and saving the company thousands annually. • Developed store conversion plan that saved the company over $100K through reduction in equipment cost. • Designed and installed kiosks in over 500 stores, currently generating thousands each annually and allowing customers to buy items unavailable in retail locations • Continually working with Vice Presidents and Store Operations to find ways of improving business processes and increasing sales in the stores.
