I\'m a strategic and results-oriented Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) leader with a strong track record of partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to build, execute, and engrain DEIB strategies at organizations driving equity and serving marginalized communities.In my current role at Pivotal Ventures, I have the privilege of leading our equity and belonging efforts as we accelerate social progress through high-impact investments, philanthropy, partnerships, & advocacy. In my past roles at Planned Parenthood Federation of America and Uncommon Schools, I’ve successfully crafted and scaled DEIB visions and initiatives that align seamlessly with organizational missions. My expertise spans the entire DEIB lifecycle—from strategic assessment and goal-setting with executives to fostering accountability and capacity-building at all levels. As a facilitator, I’ve also authored and delivered over 30 DEIB professional development sessions, empowering staff to deepen their understanding of DEIB concepts and positively impacting organizational culture.I\'m passionate about cultivating trusting, empathetic, human-centered relationships, and excel in partnering with stakeholders to foster sustainable change, where it matters most.
