About Jennifer Barry
After working in various industries and having a background of both human resources and accounting, I decided to become my own CEO. I started Optimal HR Solutions in 2024 and work with the best small to medium companies. I work with clients on all aspects of HR, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, benefits, compensation, leaves, training, policies/handbooks, and offboarding. In my free time, I love going for hikes, baking delicious desserts, and playing board games with my kids.
