ABOUT JENNIFER AUERBACH

With over a decade of experience in navigating complex, multi-unionized environments, I bring a wealth of expertise in Human Resources, specializing in labour relations, staffing, recruitment, job evaluation, grievance management, attendance management, compensation, health and safety, training and development, and benefits administration. In my leadership role, I offer expert guidance to school district leadership on interpreting and applying collective agreements while strategically managing the grievance process for multiple unions. I also provide valuable training and counsel to district leaders on key topics such as performance evaluations, workplace investigations, and employee accommodations. Additionally, I lead the Job Evaluation Committee, ensuring fair and effective job classification processes.
