Passionate about driving strategic change and fostering high-performing teams, my career at Lloyds Banking Group reflects a commitment to corporate strategy, business planning, and proactive problem-solving. I\'ve led the development of critical initiatives for the Chief People and Places Officer, including portfolio management of critical must wins, launching a new Group People Forum, and played a key role in the wide-scale transformation of Group Conduct governance, reducing resource input by 70%.As an Executive Assistant, I provided strategic support and contributed to developing a new People & Property strategy in response to Covid-19. My diverse experience also includes roles as a Strategy Manager and Product Manager, where I developed bespoke risk personas and created innovative loan propositions, respectively. In GSL India, I delivered cost savings and reduced complaints through office relocation and tailored training programs.Educationally, I hold an MBA with Distinction, a Chartered Banker Diploma, and a Philosophy BA with First Class Honors. Complementing my professional journey, I completed a Level 7 Leadership Apprenticeship with Distinction.Beyond work you\'ll find me exploring the world of Reformer Pilates, immersed in the novels of William Boyd, captivated by Lucian Freud\'s art, and enjoying runs with my dog Rani, a spirited Hungarian Vizsla.
