   HR Professional (HRP) and HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a book of business/clients of small, mid and large sized businesses across numerous industries and multiple states. Partner with business owners and their leadership teams to provide recommendations in areas such as employee relations, leave management, workplace investigations, recruitment, job descriptions, exemption classifications, compliance related issues, compensation, succession planning, navigating COVID-19, and training & development. Help clients utilize the full product suite of Paychex Flex and recommend product offerings based on HR and their business needs and processes. Build client relationships through consultation, establishing expertise and credibility, business acumen, and offering innovative solutions when resolving problems. Manage escalated issues to ensure responsive and thorough issue resolution, including retention strategies. Developed and lead a boot camp leveraging internal relationships to find key influential speakers. This was originally established to assist and educate my team in core areas; however, due to overwhelming success, it is now available to several other teams companywide for our PEO and ASO HRBP\'s. This has led to improved knowledge and efficiency for several HRBP\'s and built cross-functional partnerships. Identified the need to streamline and improve the current procedures for access and implementation of information. Created a personal knowledge management system that eventually became the main database that currently supports our PEO and ASO HRBP\'s provide accurate data in a more efficient manner to ensure a client-focused culture as well as a positive experience for HRBP\'s. Outside of my job responsibilities include but are not limited to: HRG Council, KCS Coach, MMW Planning Seminar Team, webinar speaker, HRG CX Champion, SOAR Champion, Certified Paychex Mentor, Emerging Women in Leadership Mentoring Program, and a Paychex Culture Champion.
