ABOUT JENNIFER ANN ROSS

A love of music began at eight years old for me with piano lessons encouraged by my nan. I was never a huge fan of the theory side of learning and reading music - I enjoyed most the freedom that came with learning my favorite songs by ear and playing what felt right in the moment. I can still remember how to play the first composition I created in my high school music class - a very simple melody - but I was still super proud of my creation :) And when I got to University and it came to composition, I found myself excited and inspired by all the extra tools they had to record other instruments and I created a more complex piece depicting the sound of rain over a period of time. I didn\'t finish University - I started working. And I fell away from music for a while. I found another passion of mine in care of the elderly in various hospitals around the Glasgow area. At the end of 2022 I felt the urge to create music again and bought myself my first DAW. 3 years later, I have learned so much, collaborated on many songs with artists all over the world, and have been chasing my Sync dream ever since!I create a wide range of emotive instrumentals (90% of the time with piano at heart) with the idea of enhancing stories or themes in media.
