Manage the activities of several sections or departments in the Quality organization with responsibility for results in terms of product quality and compliance. These include Critical Systems, Facilities Engineering, Quality Assurance Receiving & Inspection (QARI), Warehouse Operations, QA Digital Improvements & Innovation, and Quality Control QA Support- Understand and assure conformance to regulations, applicable to several sections or departments. Interface with regulators during inspections- Implement and uphold the Quality systems procedures in several sections or departments and manage compliance- Manage or participate in quality assessments of internal operations and suppliers to analyze compliance and assess risk- Manage interactions with regulators and customers to represent the company products and processes- Responsible for identifying and managing continuous improvement, including digital projects with the objective of achieving quality, reliability, and cost improvements- Drive improvements in Quality, safety, employee development, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement initiatives, and financial performance, consistent with the Plant Strategic Plan- Develop budget for department and ensure adherence to the budget- Manage coaching, training, development, and retention of subordinates- Program lead for Patient Connection – a volunteer-based group whose mission is focused on the patient connection and bringing that experience back to our Takeda employees.
