   Serves on the Human Resources Leadership Team (HRLT), with a focus on defining and executing the organization’s talent strategy. Initiatives include building and shaping the company culture, engagement, performance management, learning & development, recruitment strategies, immigration, relocation, and diversity equity & inclusion initiatives. Exceeded 2022 Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for people and culture initiative in partnership with Blue Beyond and HR colleagues: refined our corporate values by developing “this means we” behavioral statements, created the “Values in Action” e-learning course, and launched Solidigm’s first pulse survey in October 2022 resulting in an overachieve rating for our 2022 KPI’s. Leading the Human Resources talent component of company-wide stand-up: hired over 850 new team members and 200 interns across all functions, created leadership development programs, launched the “Learning Hub” containing thousands of courses (proprietary and purchased content), built and implemented streamlined goal setting and performance management process “Success Management”, developed change management toolkits for individual contributors and managers, streamlined immigration and relocation processes. Built a metrics-based Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion strategy: centered around our company values and cultural tenants. Leveraged inclusion and belonging best practices as we launched three employee resource groups. Developed multi-year representation and parity metrics in partnership with Exponential Talent. Created monthly multi-media strategy showcasing culturally significant events (ex. Juneteenth) providing awareness and unique employee experiences. Played a pivotal role in the creation of our “One HR” philosophy: these tenants describe how Solidigm HR will operate and collaborate as a unified team.
