ABOUT JENNIFER ANDERSON

I am an Office Manager with over 17 years of executive assistant experience. I love working with others and developing strong relationships. I am a strategic thinker who thrives on seeing the big-picture and working my way back to the details of how to get to the end goal. I excel at multi-tasking and applying resourcefulness and unique solutions to every-day problems. Discretion and confidentiality are vital skills and I have been entrusted with working on projects with HR and M&A over the years. My leadership experience in people management stems from my volunteer background. I feel comfortable with varying communication styles to make sure each direct report understands expectations and assignments. In my volunteer work I have trained over fifty volunteers, I lead nine team members and report to paid staff. In my professional career I have assisted with writing employee reviews, developing team and personal goals, and managing talent and pipeline. It is important that each person knows what they are bringing to the team and how it affects the department, project, and goals.
