Manage and guide a group of Sr. Clinical Research Recruiters (Mid-West and North East Region). • Point of contact for client questions and concerns regarding actively working consultants. • Lead weekly team meetings and assign job orders to other recruiters in my team. • Opened job orders, reviewed candidates’ CVs, submitted CVs to client, and scheduled interviews. • Maintain constant communication with clients through e-mail and telephone. • Recruit and place pharmaceutical clinical research professionals such as Clinical Study Managers, Clinical Project Managers, Medical Writers, Regulatory Affairs Associate, Drug Safety Associates, Contract Managers, Clinical Data Managers, Clinical Research Associates, and Clinical Regional Monitors. • Attend conferences, job fairs, and client visits nationwide.
