I’m a Customer Onboarding & Implementation Manager and Full Stack Developer who specializes in bridging the gap between client needs and technical execution.With a background in React, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, and modern web and mobile technologies, I build scalable, user-focused applications while also leading end-to-end onboarding and implementation for clients. I thrive at the intersection of customer experience and engineering — translating complex requirements into practical, high-impact solutions.In my current role, I partner closely with clients to guide them through onboarding, customize implementations, and ensure successful product adoption. My technical background allows me to go beyond surface-level support, collaborating directly with engineering teams and contributing to solutions when needed.Before transitioning into tech, I built a strong foundation in operations and experiential marketing, where I developed expertise in client relations, vendor management, and strategic execution.
