As the contract owner of our RPO service provider, my role was to ensure premium service delivery to attract, recruit and retain 1,500 experienced hires and circa 500 early in careers to now over experienced hires and circa 900 Trainees per annum, contributing to the commercial success of the Firm. Key Achievements: • Developed and launched employer brand working closely with our Brand Marketing and Communications Team • Enhanced the positioning of our employer brand in the market • Evolved our resourcing model, transitioning in-house from RPO successfully • Increased direct sourcing of candidates to strengthen our ability to target individuals in a competitive market • Reduce the cost of hire through direct hires, reducing the reliance on agencies • Multi-million-pound savings reducing reliance on agency • Radically digitalised our approach and reduce fee earning resource for Early In Careers (EIC) • Streamlined and improved operational procedures • Entered Times Top 100 employers • Employer brand reputational management in a crisis to opportunity #stayconnected • Launch Social Media Strategy Life@BDO & advocacy toolkit • Keep Warm strategy • Relaunched Referral programme to increase quality of referral • Implemented additional EIC programmes to meet our diversity and social mobility commitments • Centralised management of NPL (non-payroll labour), implementation of process, compliance and legislation rules in line with IR35
