Jennie Anderson is an executive recruiter at the Eilene Bloom Group who focuses on placement of legal and compliance talent. She joined the firm after holding such positions as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition for AIG; Managing Director at Morgan Stanley and Global Head of Human Resources for its Asset Management and Investment Banking Divisions, and Global Head of Recruiting; and Director of Human Resources for Sanofi. She has been a hands-on recruiter of general counsel and other legal and regulatory staff as well as an advisor to corporate and business unit leadership on talent acquisition, management strategy, and operations. She also led the integration of all human resources for five asset management firms into Morgan Stanley as part of the merger of Morgan Stanley and Dean Witter.
