With nearly two decades in commercial real estate I have had to opportunity to hold positions in a variety of different specializations.Starting at Family Dollar Stores, Inc, in 2004 as a construction assistant I learned the beginning stages of commercial real estate. Transferring to Lease Administration in 2007 gave me a new view of how real estate development worked after the dust settled.In 2008 I made a transition to Lincoln Harris CSG, first as a Lease Administrator, then and Assistant Property Manager in 2010 and a Property Manager in 2011 giving me a chance to uphold the leases I previously administered.In 2012 I was offered a Lease Analyst position with Kimco Realty Corp, embarking on a challenging position assigned to the Florida region when my analytical and customer service skills can be cultivated.I returned to Lincoln Harris in March of 2015 to manage the North 2 portfolio with properties situated east to west along the I-85 corridor. My portfolio was wide-spread including various location-specific situations and quite a bit of travel.In 2018 I accepted a role as a Facilities Manager with Childress Klein on the Wells Fargo Account managing the outlying buildings in the Suburban North portfolio. My portfolio was condensed within a 10 mile radius and dealt with a variety of different facility uses such as a cash vault, a day care center, a production facility, a full service master leased office building and a tenant representative to a leased space within a campus setting. I also assisted with aspects of the other main building in the portfolio known as CIC. In March of 2020, I accepted the role of Property Manager at Innovation Park with Accesso Services, LLC. In this role I manage approximately 1.8 million SF of office, production and retail space. This location is a full service site with vendor management and personnel management responsibilities.In October of 2021 I was welcomed to the Trinity Partners team managing several mixed use properties in the surrounding Charlotte Metro area including outlying properties in Huntersville, Mooresville and the University area. In January of 2023 I was offered and accepted the opportunity to transition into a Senior Facility Manager role for the first full-service facilities management account awarded to Trinity Partners.
