Serve as an Internal executive coach to QVC Executives in order to support the growth and leadership maturity of our senior executive team worldwide. Responsible for the design, development and management of QVC’s executive coaching program. Develop QVC’s executive coaching philosophy and strategy, and establish standards, processes, tools, programs and vendors to support QVC’s strategy to build a deep, high performing, talent pipeline at the executive level. The focus of this coaching program will predominantly focus on VP and above leaders and teams across the enterprise. The Director will also leverage coaching to build executive capabilities needed by QVC now and in the future. Coaching focus is also on our global agenda and QVC’s Leadership Competencies. Additionally, the Director will be an integral part of building and activating the Executive’s Individual Development and/or Career Plan.
