With over a decade of experience in higher education, I am a passionate and innovative educator who strives to create engaging and effective learning experiences for diverse student populations worldwide. I work at UMass Global, a leading online university offering international, micro-competencies, paced, and self-paced courses in various disciplines. My mission is to collaborate with faculty and other subject matter experts to refine and improve existing and new courses, ensuring that they align with the best instructional practices, quality standards, and accessibility guidelines. I also teach and facilitate trainings for online instructors, empowering them with the skills and tools to deliver high-quality instruction and foster student success.I evaluate courses using Quality Matters rubrics, ADA guidelines, and instructional design for adult learning principles and provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
