Hi, I’m Jennie. Welcome to my LinkedIn profile!My career started in a newsroom. I was a fintech reporter and news anchor, and my job was to ask good questions fast, make complex topics understandable, and tell stories that people actually cared about. Later, I moved into CRM and customer relationship management in banking, where I learned how customer behavior, retention, and trust show up in real numbers. Now I’m pursuing my Master’s in Marketing Analytics at USC Marshall.If there’s one thing that connects everything I’ve done, it’s this. I’m obsessed with asking “why.” Why do people convert. Why do they churn. Why does one message land while another gets ignored.That mindset is why I love growth work. I bring a data driven approach, but I never treat data as the final answer. I use it as evidence to build a story that drives decisions. I’m especially strong at communicating insights clearly because I spent years translating technical and high stakes information for the public and for stakeholders who did not have time for jargon.On the technical side, I work with SQL, R, and Python to analyze customer behavior, build regression models and predictive analysis, and turn findings into visualizations that teams can act on. I also apply UX research methods, including survey development, experiment design, and A B testing, to support growth marketing and go to market strategy, especially in B2B SaaS and digital products.It’s a pleasure to be part of your network.
