It’s a process rooted in insight and action—and it works.In fact, Forbes research found that 90% of leaders who work with a business coach see improvement—but only 10% ever hire one. That tells me there’s tremendous untapped potential for those bold enough to invest in their growth.Personally, I believe people already have the answers.
