I develop and implement the product roadmap and expansion strategy for the Loyalty Program Convenience Products, with the mandate to increase the number of paying members in Zalando\'s subscription loyalty program.I improve the customer experience of my products by conducting market research, user testing, and running data-driven experiments, in order to increase in the number of paying subscribers.I work closely with the business strategy teams to define product solutions and product pricing strategies that will achieve Zalando’s commercial goals for the loyalty program.I lead collaboration across multiple teams, including IT Core, Fulfilment, Logistics, Forecasting and BI teams, to synergise many different teams in a highly complex organisation.In 2024, I defined the convenience benefit product roadmap for Zalando’s new loyalty program.
