As a mental health professional I have the unique opportunity to connect with people and learn from them on a very personal level. I am a Project Management Professional with end-to-end drug development and product life cycle experience. I am also a National Certified and Licensed Professional Counselor, a results-oriented Human Resources Professional, a natural connector and a champion for diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility and belonging. A strategic thinker skilled in change management, risk management, organizational readiness, and compliance, with a flexible work style, a high level of emotional intelligence, and leadership experience in academia and the pharmaceutical industry, I will flawlessly guide your project from proof of concept through execution. I am a lifelong learner and a catalyst for change who will impact and inspire your organization. I am passionate about volunteering my counseling services to people in need and I specialize in Animal Assisted Therapy where I get to witness the healing power of horses and dogs as they offer unconditional acceptance in a supportive, non-judgemental environment. I try to carry the lessons I learn from these amazing therapy animals into my day job in the pharmaceutical industry. It is truly a dream job for me because it allows me to empower my colleagues to create personal health by advocating for, and promoting, global wellbeing resources that can truly impact individual emotional and physical wellness. I have had the opportunity, over the course of my career, to work across divisions, functions, countries and time zones.
