Overwhelming is the first word new teachers use to describe their dream job. And because of that, my goals have shifted to a focus and commitment to new teacher support and growth! I have over 15 years of experience in education and educational leadership in an ever-changing industry.I’ve had the privilege of supporting hundreds of educators in their pursuit of a well-managed, balanced, and fruitful teaching career as a top district data specialist, 504 coordinator, and teacher coach. This mentoring program will support the improvement of their pedagogical skills, soft skills like communication and time management, and efficiency skills to manage day-to-day tasks.My thirst for learning and growing is never satiated. I’m deeply passionate about supporting students and teachers, ensuring our teachers are equipped and confident in helping students thrive, breaking through barriers to unleash their potential, and reaching their goals – all while eliminating overwhelm and burnout!
