As SVP of Strategic Partnerships at Elite Wellness Amenity Group, I lead national growth across our three aligned brands: Elite Home Fitness, Elite Home Fitness Franchise, and Elite Wellness Amenity Group—a specialized division transforming underused apartment gyms into high-performance wellness centers.Through high-impact collaborations with luxury residential communities, corporate wellness programs, and top-tier lifestyle brands, I position Elite as the go-to partner for integrated, scalable wellness amenities that boost both resident experience and property performance. From strategic planning to activation, I oversee the full partnership lifecycle to ensure measurable impact across multifamily, hospitality, and institutional portfolios.My leadership journey began as a three-time captain and decorated student-athlete at Suffolk University, where I earned a Master’s in Crime & Justice Studies and a Bachelor’s in Sociology. Mentorship, team-building, and a deep commitment to community—whether on the court or in the boardroom.Outside of the office, I serve as Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach at Emerson College and as the Female Head Coach for the Boston Celtics’ All Girls Youth Program—empowering the next generation of athletes.I’m also proud to work with Envisioning Access, a nonprofit developing life-enhancing technologies for individuals with physical disabilities, bridging wellness, innovation, and equity.I thrive at the intersection of strategy and service—mobilizing wellness as a growth engine for people, properties, and purpose-driven brands.
