Partner with Project, Account Management, and Quality teams to develop and improve client training programmes, aiming for better customer satisfaction, service quality, and compliance.• Establish and document detailed training plans. Handle general clerical tasks as needed.• Maintain patient privacy by following HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules at all times.

I am a highly accomplished QA professional with an extensive background in Quality Management systems.My experience in Quality Assurance includes managing the document control process through to close out and distribution for training. I also managed the training records for all employees in the UK and EU. I had good knowledge of the SOPs and created Job Families for all employees to ensure they received the appropriate training.I am also experienced in internal auditing. This included preparation, performing and writing up of the audit reports. Dealing with CAPAs arising from the audits and performing effectiveness checks.In addition to my quality assurance background, I have worked in a cleanroom environment and have experience of cell culture both of which required me to work in a sterile and aseptic environments. I have worked to ISO13485 and assisted my manager in obtaining an ISO13485 certificate.
