The first year as a BNI member Jenni added over $1Million in insurance premium to her book of business exclusively through BNI referrals. In April of 2009 Jenni sold her insurance agency, shifting her entire focus to owning and operating 3 BNI Franchises in Southern CA. As the Executive Director for the Orange County, Long Beach and South Bay BNI regions in Southern CA, Jenni supports over 65 BNI chapters that extend from the LAX Airport to San Clemente. Through continuing education and mentorship, Jenni assists her members in making more money using referral based marketing. Since 2009, Jenni and her Team have helped the members of her organization generate over $300 Million in revenue.During her time as a Franchisee, Jenni has earned numerous awards within the International Organization for Market Penetration, Top Revenue, Top Net Growth in Chapters and Top Net Growth in Membership. Jenni specializes in referral marketing, leadership development and motivational speaking. She is a recognized expert in team development and enjoys working with professional teams to help them advance to the next level. Jenni’s passion is helping small business owners, entrepreneurs and sales people have more fun in business, while making more money through high quality referrals.
