An experienced and versatile operations leader with 15+ years\' experience across corporate, military and voluntary sectors. In serving customers in all of these settings I have come to understand why people do what they do, and how to align products and services with something that will keep customers (a) happy;(b) coming back for more.What’s my USP? I obsess equally over the customer, employee and business.
