Independently work with department loan underwriters, legal staff, and attorneys in the preparation of and drafting complex loan documents and project files; ensure accuracy and compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Review and process relocation plans; collaborate with relocation leads to decide on relocation plans. Provide analytical and administrative assistance with subpoenas and PRA requests made to the department and ensure timely and accurate completion of all requests submitted. Perform legal research for a variety of complex and time sensitive issues; analyze, write, prepare and edit memos, correspondence, and contracts for various parties, ensuring accuracy and conciseness; organize documentation for management review and approval. Use the LAD electronic database to update, implement, and maintain records according to established procedures; generate reports for management and executive team. Coordinate, prepare, and maintain rulemaking files and calendar for submission to Office of Administrative Law (OAL). Serve as LAD liaison and coordinate efforts on LAD\'s behalf.
