ABOUT JENNI GUDAPATI

With over 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare, I am dedicated to driving transformative change that improves patient outcomes, expands health access, and promotes health equity—particularly for senior and rural populations. I hold a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration, an MBA, and an RN credential, which provide me with a unique perspective to bridge the gap between healthcare practice, policy, and administration. I’ve led groundbreaking initiatives, such as creating a nationally recognized master’s program in population and health systems management, chairing the Idaho Telehealth Task Force, and contributing to national health equity standards. Passionate about value-based healthcare, I strive to enhance care quality while reducing costs, ensuring that patient needs and outcomes are at the center of healthcare delivery. I am committed to using technology, policy innovation, and cross-sector collaboration to shape the future of healthcare systems and make them more sustainable, equitable, and patient-centered.
