My career began in fitness, where I owned and operated a studio and developed a passion for movement, health, nutrition, and overall wellness. Balancing family life with a thriving career, I also compete in fitness competitions, earning my ProCard in the WNBF Master Division, while training in Krav Maga with the goal of earning my black belt in 2026—an endeavor that sharpens the resilience, focus, and safety advocacy I bring to my profession.Community involvement is at the heart of my work. For a decade, I’ve led Habitat for Humanity’s Women Build team, served on my local zoning board, and helped raise over through food drive initiatives to fight hunger.
