About Jennesa Atherton
As an experienced pelvic health physical therapist, I understand the systemic, resource-limited, and stigma-related barriers that constrain today’s healthcare landscape. My passion for expanding access to high-quality, technology-driven solutions led me to Sword Bloom, a cutting-edge AI pelvic health program. As a founding team member, I support the development of our innovative, evidence-based solution that meets people where they are—whether recovering postpartum, navigating menopause, or managing pelvic floor disorders at other stages of life. Our work has demonstrated significant clinical impact, feasibility, safety, and efficacy of our digital pelvic health program for women experiencing with pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD). Digital approach to urinary incontinence: Digital approach to PFD in postmenopausal women: https://mhealth.jmir.org/2025/1/e68242/With deep clinical expertise and a data-driven approach, I focus on bridging the gap between traditional care, digital health, and AI innovation. My mission is to transform the pelvic health landscape by designing scalable, effective, and accessible solutions that empower individuals to take control of their health.
