My strengths are building strategic partnerships and connections, community relations, event planning, sales and customer service. I am highly flexible, self-directed when needed, also a strong team player and thrive in a constantly changing environment. Passions include Connecting, Community and Creating Bridges. I attract and love working with people and one of my many strengths is to inspire others to do their best work. I am known for bringing ideas into existence. I excel in growing and keeping staff sharp with guidance to become the best versions of ourselves as a team. I execute multiple projects including managing teams of creatives. Capable of managing fiduciary duties, schedules while keeping players motivated and fresh. Wherever I am I consider myself to be an integral role and work hard - always asking how I can be an asset to the team. I am a connector who manifests much enthusiasm for bringing people together, hosting special events, speaking engagements, promotions, etc. Having been a P.A. to celebrities & high profile executives, I am experienced and comfortable under pressure and in working with all types of people. Over the years I have worked in many fields including Fashion, Arts, Event Planning and Private Banking. While studying with Karma Kids Yoga, I was assigned to come up with a name for children\'s classes; the name I chose in 2004 was \'Zen Jen.\' That name has stuck ever since, even leading to designing my own brand of Yoga / Asian inspired jewelry designs while living in Shanghai known as \'Zen Jen Jewels.\' My designs were sold in several high end boutiques including a Trunk Show at Henri Bendel on Madison Ave, NYC. While living as an Expat in Shanghai for 5 years, I created Zen Jen Jewels. Utilizing my organizational skills as well as my creative, I designed a line of yoga inspired jewelry that not only designed, we also gave back through various charities including The Freedom Project - fighting human trafficking. Zen Jen Jewels was an international company selling to stores located in Asia as well as the U.S.A. My proudest accomplishment was being featured in the Henri Bendel flagship store in NYC on Madison Avenue.
