Hi, I’m Jennifer Garcia! My experience in a global fintech company, as an entrepreneur, and as a nonprofit executive converge generating my superpowers; vision, execution, and people development. I am the Chief Operating Officer at Latino Business Action Network (LBAN), leading the Stanford Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative Education Scaling Program and Ecosystem. My work in scaling operations, fundraising, ecosystem development, and coaching small businesses - is to empower the entrepreneur and founder to scale their company.I’ve designed and led national programs coached dozens of companies on high-level strategic planning, and managed national partnerships. I’ve led six successful cohorts of the Stanford Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative - Education Scaling Program and an Ecosystem of 800 scaled Latino-owned companies. I believe in the power of people and the power of collaboration!
