As the Senior Director of Clinical Services and Quality at Curology, it\'s been an enriching and exciting 9 years in a digital start-up! My healthcare career began after graduating from Yale University as a Nurse Practitioner in 2011, where I then worked for 5 years serving a low-income population, honing my skills as a provider and learning the business of healthcare. Once I transitioned into digital health at Curology, I was hooked—the access to care, the ability to disrupt inefficient and subpar processes, and to truly meet patients where they are has been a gift!Over the last 9 years I\'ve gained deep experience in building teams and processes within a digital health startup. I\'ve led a team of 100+ providers (MD, DO, NP, PA and RN) who see patients across the United States. I also directly oversee provider quality to ensure the best patient experience and outcomes, ensuring patients feel valued and heard through a digital platform. I have a deep passion for improving clinical care and directing clinical strategy and operations to support the long-term mission and goal. Enthusiastic about developing high-performing clinical operations teams, I believe in continuous mentoring and modeling leadership, accountability, and a strong work ethic.Additionally, in 2024 I became a Menopause Society Certified Provider (i.e. a menopause specialist!) through The Menopause Society, the national certifying body related to caring for women in perimenopause and beyond.
