ABOUT JENNIFER BARRON

I’m a CX & Operations leader with 15+ years of experience running remote teams, multi-step workflows, and outcome-driven programs across healthcare, insurance, and service-based environments.Over the past year, I’ve been deliberately shifting into Data & AI-powered operations, using analytics, automation, and AI tools to make complex work simpler, faster, and more reliable.As part of that shift, I’ve been deepening my skills in SQL, BI fundamentals, analytics workflows, and AI-assisted process design (through Maven Analytics, DataCamp, and self-directed projects). I’ve also designed my own AI-driven workflow system, ChaosOS, a personal operations framework I use to manage multi-domain complexity: documentation, planning, medical logistics, learning, finance, and day-to-day ops. The same principles behind it are what I bring into organizational operations: clear roles, structured workflows, and tight feedback loops.What I do well:• Turn unstructured or unclear workflows into clear, measurable processes• Use data and KPIs to monitor performance and drive decisions• Design playbooks, SOPs, and feedback loops that actually get used• Lead remote teams through change without losing the human side• Experiment with AI (GPT-based tools, automation, analytics) to remove friction instead of adding noiseCurrently building strength in: SQL, BI/analytics, data storytelling, and AI-assisted workflow design.I’m especially interested in roles at the intersection of CX/Ops, Data/BI, and AI workflows, places where better systems directly improve outcomes for customers, teams, and the business.Open to fully remote roles or hybrid positions in Dallas, Austin, or Houston Texas.
