About Jenna Winters

I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a 3.71 GPA and multiple Dean’s List honors.Currently, I serve as a Concierge at Lutheran Life Communities, where I’m often the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. I support daily operations by managing phone communications, maintaining confidential medical records, and ensuring a welcoming, patient-centered experience.Previously, I worked as a Training Specialist at Clearbrook, supporting staff who serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this role, I facilitated on-site trainings and supported Direct Support Professionals.I also bring nonprofit experience from my time as a Development Assistant at JOURNEYS | The Road Home, where I supported fundraising, donor relations, volunteer engagement, reporting, and billing processes. I collaborated cross-functionally, managed donor data, generated reports, and helped cultivate local business partnerships to support the organization’s mission.Beyond my professional roles, I’m actively involved in my community as Secretary of the JOURNEYS | The Road Home\'s Young Professionals Board and a member of the Palatine Jaycees. I value collaboration, organization, and ethical leadership, and I’m especially passionate about roles that support employees, strengthen workplace culture, and make a positive impact in the community.
