Inventory Management & Replenishment: Implement and monitor inventory replenishment logic for both domestic and international rigs, working with storekeepers and rig managers to adjust parameters and ensure optimal inventory levels. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze inventory statistics and financial data to identify gaps, document discrepancies, and produce regular reports on inventory counts and performance for quarterly reviews. Collaboration & Coordination: Collaborate with Technical Support, logistics, and sourcing teams to determine critical spares, understand lead times, and address challenges in transporting inventory to rigs globally. Process Improvement: Support and refine the end-to-end process for ordering, receiving, shipping, and managing inventory for rig reactivation and new builds, including compliance monitoring through PeopleSoft. System Integration & Performance Monitoring: Work closely with the Supply Chain Systems team to understand and improve replenishment logic, monitor inventory values in central spare warehouses, and identify opportunities for enhancing virtual inventory management.
