Created full P&L to capture topline, OPEX, and HC. Created reports on Delivery vs Non-Delivery by manager to help drive conversations for optimizing HC and understanding roles and responsibilities across the org. Being able to have this information has helped us drive cost savings by optimizing roles and responsibilities-CX OPEX Review: Created new processes to streamline the approval process of necessary incremental investments while decreasing unnecessary spend.
