Community Medical Centers is the region\'s largest health care provider and private employer. With three acute-care facilities: Community Regional Medical Center, Clovis Community Medical Center and Fresno Heart & Surgical Hospital. It operates central California’s only Level 1 trauma center and comprehensive, regional burn center.
