About Jenna Nulty

As a Product Designer at Zepz, I collaborated with cross-functional teams to create user-centered design solutions within the payments and authentication domains. I have over 5 years of experience in designing mobile-first, innovative user experiences for various types of users. I am skilled in creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes, iterating based on user feedback, data analysis, and applying business requirements. I also contribute to and maintain a cohesive design system, design UI components, micro-interactions, and animations for consistency across products. Additionally, I lead UX research, ideation sessions, and user testing to inform design decisions and drive continuous product improvement. Prior to joining Zepz, I worked as a UX/UI Designer at thelab and a Visual Designer at Hippo Insurance, where I contributed to complete rebrand of the company and design systems. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Communications with a minor in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
