   I have the pleasure of leading a three dynamic teams of professionals at our corporate headquarters with the mission of connecting candidates and clients nationwide with our network of dedicated recruiters.My marketing staff and I are responsible for the marketing of all Trillium brands through online advertisement, lead generation, job posting management, social media, SEO and direct marketing. Our website organically connects us with nearly 2 million visitors a year, obtains nearly client leads each year and more than completed online candidate registrations. We maintain a team of candidate and client support representatives to provide immediate assistance to candidates and clients who visit our website by phone, email, and instant messaging to ensure a seamless start to our business relationships.In addition to managing our marketing efforts, I also developed and lead our centralized candidate sourcing and talent acquisition teams for the organization. These teams provide centralized sourcing and candidate engagement services for more than clients, 98 offices, and nearly 400 internal staff each year. Through these teams I also identify, validate and unroll new recruitment technologies for the organization. Our team is responsible for the management of job board partnerships, resume databases, AI recruitment tools and the recruiting process flows of our ATS.I also lead a centralized full cycle hiring team that handles recruiting and onboarding for clients hiring for roles ranging from manufacturing through executive placement.All of our teams and decisions are heavily metric driven allowing us to streamline our recruitment processes to ensure that our clients in all lines of business have access the nation\'s top talent as quickly and efficiently as possible.
