About Jenna MacAluso
With experience in manufacturing and design engineering, I am dedicated to driving positive change within organizations and communities.Holding a background in Mechanical and Sustainability Engineering, I have developed expertise in process optimization, project management, design, and sustainable practices. My career so far has allowed me to lead and contribute to projects, ranging from collaborating with design and manufacturing engineers in the telecommunications industry to developing more sustainable move-out waste systems on campus. Recently, I have developed a strong interest in energy and have sought out opportunities and courses to expand my knowledge of both renewable and non-renewable sources. My study abroad program in Iceland further deepened this interest, as the country’s unique environment emphasizes the use of renewable energy.In my roles, I actively take the lead in fostering discussions, reaching out to others, and learning through curiosity. I am passionate about finding innovative solutions to complex problems.To expand my experience, I am seeking opportunities primarily in the clean energy sector, as well as in manufacturing and design more broadly.
