Over the course of my career, I have performed in multiple digital project management roles, managing multiple work teams on diverse projects to achieve results. I have a solid track record with content media, digital media, video, and web-based learning for clients and companies including Turner Broadcasting, Discovery Communication, HowStuffWorks, and IBM. Clients describe me in various ways: A project management rockstar – organized, masterful at communicating with all manner of stakeholders, including executives, engineers, and functional experts. I facilitate using well-defined systems which include: Adaptive Agile - or as I call it - ‘Agifall’ bringing flexibility by blending Agile and Waterfall approaches. ‘Bottom line it’ approach helps teams get to the root of issues faster! ‘Sticks in the sand’ ensures that we define a starting place. I am open and ready for my next adventure as freelance or non-freelance project leader to help clients redefine processes, save time or money, and remove bottlenecks to customer delivery.
