Hi, I\'m Jenna! As Lead Brand & Growth Strategist at WeCreate Media with 10+ years of experience, I specialize in brand development, market analysis, and strategic storytelling. I work across campaign development, competitive analysis, digital strategy, and creative collaboration to build emotionally compelling and visually stunning brand experiences.My career journey started at Westmont College in Santa Barbara, where I graduated cum laude with a degree in Communication Studies and English, Writing. While there, I took my first professional stepping stone as Media & Marketing Assistant for a luxury real estate team: Montecito Associates. Between semesters, I completed paid internships in my hometown at the Nevada Department of Transportation and Carson City Library, developing skills in campaign development, social media strategy, press release writing, and advertising.From there, I launched my career as Digital Marketing Coordinator at Nevada Momentum, building campaigns for clients like Carson City Health and the Carson City Visitors Bureau. In 2020, I took on a critical role as Marketing Specialist for the Boys and Girls Club, managing digital content during a sensitive PR period. In 2021, I pivoted into sales as Advertising Executive at Reno Media Group, creating broadcast campaigns for brands including Whitney Peak Hotel, Patagonia, and US Foods. My digital expertise earned a promotion to Digital Marketing Manager, where I managed paid media strategy, optimized digital campaigns, and produced CTV ads.After nearly three years balancing sales and marketing, I chose to dive deeper into the creative agency world and joined WeCreate Media in 2023 as their Digital Marketing Specialist, working with clients like Visit Indiana and the University of Notre Dame. WeCreate was recently named the #1 Fastest Growing Agency in Indiana by Inc. and we delivered a 10:1 ROI for the State in my first full year.Throughout my career, I\'ve accepted freelance projects across various industries, designing websites, managing paid media campaigns, and creating social media assets for clients including beach rental properties, horse retreats, hair salons, and chiropractic practices.When clocked out, I adore spending time with my husband, my two boys, and my Goldendoodle, Kevin.
