About Jennah Ferrari

I’m a learning and development professional with hands-on experience supporting instructor-led and virtual learning programs, backed by a graduate education in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. In my role with Navy Federal Credit Union, I contributed to the design, delivery, and support of ILT and vILT programs focused on onboarding, leadership development, and talent initiatives. My experience includes developing facilitator guides and learner materials, maintaining and auditing large learning content libraries, supporting training needs analysis, and facilitating virtual learning and engagement sessions.I bring a strong foundation in adult learning principles and instructional design, with a practical, detail-oriented approach shaped by both corporate and operational environments. I’m especially drawn to training and onboarding work where I can support learner experience, clarity, and confidence while helping organizations deliver consistent, high-quality learning. As an early-career L&D professional, I’m eager to continue growing in facilitation, onboarding, and learning program support roles where collaboration, thoughtful design, and employee experience are valued.Areas of experience include ILT/vILT support, instructional materials development, learning content governance, training needs analysis, facilitation support, and applying I-O psychology to workplace learning.
