For the last 9 years, I have hired, developed, and lead technical recruiting teams across various industries and domains. I am passionate about creating and implementing initiatives that support the growth and development of my team as well as diverse talent pools and pipelines.I currently lead a TA team supporting the Amazon Grocery Stores organization, where I partner with business leaders to deliver on their hiring goals and strategic priorities. I am proud of being involved in programs such as the Associate 2 Tech Program and the Amazon Military Apprenticeship Program, which enable associates to transition into IT roles and veterans to join Amazon.
