I have past experience covering technology, arts and entertainment, religion, general features, community journalism, and more. I have worked on books, tech support documentation, business communications, non-fiction, tutorials and curriculum, newspapers, magazines, newsletters, websites, and blogs. I also specialize in creating, reorganizing, and managing house style guides. I am a member of ACES and have been an active SPJ member since 2007, including attending the Ted Scripps Leadership Institute and two years as a chapter president as well as serving as a voting delegate at national and regional conventions.

Esri’s ArcGIS software helps users find real-world solutions through mapping technology. Whether a quick blog post about a new app, a multi-step workflow of advanced features, or an in-depth book on industry best practices, my team and I keep Esri’s software product communications clear, free from errors, and reader-friendly, serving all users from the largest corporations and government agencies to the smallest K-12 geography classes.
