Playing a critical role embedding the Generation Study into NHS hospitals. This world first study aims to Whole Genome Sequence newborns in order to detect genetic conditions early and deepen our understanding of genes and health. As a service designer, I work directly with NHS teams to adapt the national model designed for the service into their local context ensuring a consistent, high quality and people-centred user experience for both families and staff touched by the study.
