As Operations Coordinator at Verdi, I help power the daily systems behind one of Canada’s fastest-growing agri-tech companies. My role spans people, processes, and product — ensuring our team, technology, and partnerships are aligned for scale and success. What I do- Streamline operational workflows across finance, HR, procurement, and special projects- Lead cross-functional coordination for internal initiatives and external deliverables- Support grant and investor reporting, working closely with leadership on strategic milestones- Champion team wellness and culture through inclusive systems and process improvements- Manage onboarding, compliance, and tools that enable our growing team to thrive. What Verdi does: Verdi helps growers do more with less through smart, scalable irrigation automation. Our plug-and-play tech integrates seamlessly into farms and greenhouses, reducing water usage and labour by up to 90%. With roots in BC and expansion into global markets, we’re transforming agriculture through sustainability and innovation.
