ABOUT JENNA STEWART
In January 2026, I joined CMS as an Assistant Paralegal in the Real Estate team in Sheffield. I am a driven, resilient and enthusiastic legal professional, able to work effectively in fast-paced environments both independently and as part of a team. Navigating Dyslexia, Dyscalculia and ADHD has strengthened my problem-solving skills, adaptability and creative approach to legal challenges. Having lived in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia and the UK, I bring a global perspective and enjoy building strong, collaborative relationships.Previously, I was a Paralegal in the Competition in Connections team at Geldards LLP, supporting utility clients across the electricity, gas, water and EV sectors. My work focuses on the incorporated rights process and the management of land rights for utility infrastructure, including dealing with leasehold and freeholds, easements and variations for new and existing networks. I have acted for both Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) and Independent Distribution Network Operators (IDNOs) on a wide range of transactions, supporting new-build housing developments, commercial sites and complex urban and strategic infrastructure projects, including consents for works, restrictive covenants and asset modification or diversion.
